Car Dash
How do I cut a hole for a cd deck in my car dash?
The dash is made of 1/4" thick plastic. I just don't know what to cut it with that's not going to break the surrounding plastic. I've already tried a razor, any suggestions?
I can't put it where the old radio was, there is metal covering the area and there isn't room there for the new stereo.
It's a 78 GMC Vandura...not the hottest ride, but it needs tunes 
And I can do it myself, if only I knew what would work best to cut the plastic with.
Not without know the type of car you have and I hope its not a real nice car you are cutting up but then it is your car so I guess its up to you. I would suggest you take it and have a professional installation done.
