Can i use my HP laptop's charger cord with my Dell laptop?
What can happen if I do? Will it ruin the motherboard? It does not charge my dell, it only lets me start it up so I can get info off of it that I need. (My dell charger cord stopped charging.) Does anyone know where I can get a new one and how much they cost?

Look on Ebay. They are usually cheaper there. The power cords are not interchangeable, I'm afraid. I've tried it before. Dell may have the charger you need as well. Chargers can be expensive, so shop around.
