How come my Gps Device doesn't have Cheyenne, WY in it?
I live in Colorado, but drove up to Cheyenne the other day and realized that my Gps Map doesn't even recognize Cheyenne, Wyoming. I guess it's a small city, but I thought it would at least be in there. I have a Garmin; has anyone else had this problem? Or is this normal?
Cheyenne should be included in the maps on your Gps Receiver. Even the smallest hamlets are included in maps for GPS receivers. Maybe you just didn't have the area around Cheyenne loaded in your unit's memory? That's one problem with loading your GPS receiver or SD card yourself instead of a pre-loaded unit or card.
