Gimbal Mount
I need some help designing a bearing system for the axle on my gyroscope. axle gyroscope angular momentum?
The bearings for the axle need to be very low friction. I do not know a lot about bearings. I had a few ideas (mounting axle bearings in the gimbal at each end of the axle, or an axle inside another axle type of design) Other ideas? (VERY low friction)
Jewel bearings like the ones used in watches. Can't get much better than that. And cheap, too.
