Which is the best ruggend tablet pc i can by in the range of $1000-$1500 for vehicle mounting?
Must have the features of GPS and GPRS support.
If you're going to use it as a carputer,
It's not a good idea to use a tablet PC.
For GPS support however you would need to get a usb based Gps Device

For GPRS support you would need a PCMCIA GPRS card and subscription from a service provider, I know you can get 3G cards in the bay area from Cingular...

You will need a new front end, there are some nice ones available for free on the site. Since while driving you can not look at the screen continuously and go find things that need you to click 3-4 or more times....
