Is it legal to mount a GPS on the Windshield in New York?
I just got a Nextar G4-06 GPS that will be used for a trip monday. Is it legal to mount it to the Windshield in New York State?
New York has laws that will keep you from mounting the GPS on your windshield and you can be cited for a "obstruction of view" ticket for having it...
I believe that the fine is $108.00 dollars..
